Dota 2 Scammers Can Be Sent In Jail?

This is just an opinion of an individual who wants to stay anonymous. We just want to extend his cry about the scammers in the society, especially in his game called Dota 2.

Scamming is very rampant in the society. Text scams, Chat Scams, or any form of online communication where scammers can fool innocent people. The most vulnerable victims are those who have big dreams for their lives and family.

I have seen  in many news that text scammers can be sent in jail for making false statements or asking people to invest money in exchange for greater good just for a short period of time. I am just wandering why we can’t report those scammers in the game like Dota 2. Most of us invested a lot of money in order to enjoy the game and make fair trades to have new items, but scammers fool innocent/new gamers to get the items for free or make unfair trades.

Jail the Scammers

I don’t know much about the law but scammers are scammers and they should be sent in jail. The law may see Dota 2 items as useless/nonsense but we all know that many of Dota 2 gamers invested lot and some will do business using the said items in order to have income. Dota 2 items are still money, a lot of money, so, scamming should be a crime and scammers deserve to be in jail.
